Man loses case to declare himself legally alive

Donald Miller was declared legally dead in 1994, but he lost his case in Hancock County, Ohio Probate Court a few weeks ago, and left court, still legally dead.

“Judge, Allan Davis, ruled Monday that Miller is still dead, in the eyes of the law because Miller’s request for a reversal came well after the three-year legal limit for changing a death ruling.”
